Registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if email notification is received by 30 September 2026.
A 30% refund is available for cancellations if email notification is received by 31 October 2026.
Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund.
No refunds will be issued after 31 October 2026. However, in the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Summit Steering Committee.
All refunds will be processed 30 days after completion of the Summit.
