Event Registration is Mandatory for all the delegates including children above the age of 5 yrs, less than 5yrs, registration is free.
Please ensure to wear registration badge (QR Coded) provided during the registration to have access to different areas of the conference venue.
Registration is non-transferable.
PG Students will have to submit a no objection letter from HOD-Head of Department/Institute.
Registration confirmation will be received via Email-ID / SMS on your registered Mobile Number and Email-ID after receiving your payment.
For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of UPI/Card as per the availability for particular event of the conference. The disbursal of the delegate kit will also be subject to availability.
Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit will be handed over to any representative authorized by the Registered Delegate with a copy of signed Authorized Registration receipt.
Entry of the accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the conference.
Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Post event, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student.
The registration fees is refundable in case of cancellation of the event. However, it will be adjusted against the event fee on accomplishment of the event.
